Yahoo! Audio Search and Podcasting

Yahoo is beta-testing a new audio search engine service. It allows users to search for audio files including music from major online music stores and podcasts.

Tip: Yahoo! indexes the audio files according to the text information embedded in the files themselves. It means that adding tag information (ID3v1 or ID3v2) is becoming more important for your podcast. If you haven’t done so, may be it is the time to add this step to your podcast publishing.
