GoDaddy expands to offer video podcasting

Just a few weeks after GoDaddy released Quick Podcast — podcast hosting packages — the company decided to expand their service to include video. This practically allows podcasters to not only include audio files but also videocasts compatible video formats in MPEG-4 in their podcasts.

The issue is, I have seen some thumb-down reviews about GoDaddy hosting on web hosting specific forum. Currently, there is no report from direct GoDaddy’s podcast hosting user yet. They might as well occupy different servers than those who use standard hosting because more likely they will benefit from network file system — as their users will more likely consume more hosting space than standard web hosting. Of course, a pure speculation of mine.

It’s nice to see how well people go with this service.
