Feedster has added a new section on their site for podcast searching. Currently they are indexing feeds from 38,925 different podcasts. Feedster has been mostly known by its blog and feed search. As with other podcast search engine, you can search shows or episodes.

Podcasters can claim their feed and customer the icon representing their podcasts. If you use the search engine and like what you see in that, you can subscribe to the search result RSS feed in any RSS aggregator you like and get updated when there are new podcasts with the keywords you are interested in.

You can also sort by relevance or date. Access the latest podcast file is available directly on the result page, but unfortunately there is not an online player. What can we expect from a beta service anyway? If you have been using Feedster for some time then you will be familiar with what they are offering now.
