Apple has introduced iTunes 6, only 35 days after releasing iTunes 5. The new version of Apple’s popular music software has several new features including downloadable TV shows and music videos. You can even send music and videos as gifts.

“We’re doing for video what we’ve done for music — we’re making it easy and affordable to purchase and download, play on your computer, and take with you on your iPod,” said Apple CEO Steve Jobs.

“Apple is giving music fans a great way to own their favorite music videos,” said Jimmy Iovine, Chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M. “The people at Apple fully understand the interaction between musicians and their audience.”

Apple also announced a new public beta of Just for You personalized music recommendations and the debut of online customer reviews. Even customers’ review can be rated by millions of other iTunes users.
